It has been recently white painted, is clean and has a beautiful view, as shown in the pictures. It is furnished, has 2 bathrooms, central heating unit, high speed wireless internet, new refrigerator and new washing machine. The rooms are spacious and on the hall is a dressing made of natural linden wood, with a very generous space, where clothes and other personal items can be stored. Ideal for 2, maximum 3 tenants.
Non-smoking tenants are welcome. As for the animals, they are welcome too. The building where the apartment is located is a clean and quiet one, with a new elevator. The lady in charge of the cleaning on the staircase area of the building does a very good job, I told her that she deserves a diploma for the patience, responsibility and care she shows in her work.
The rent is 520 euro/month, and the guarantee is 750 euro. Minimum renting period 12 months.
